Compliance status shown in ComplianceVault reflects the document types, expiry dates, and files entered by your organisation’s users. We do not independently verify this data against source documents or third-party registers.

ComplianceVault’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
